Pulse
A decoration that can not only be seen but also felt: For the fine stripes of the Pulse collection, shellac is applied by hand in batches to the still wet porcelain. The remaining porcelain segments are then washed out with a sponge. The shellac dissolves during firing; the biscuit porcelain underneath not only has a slightly different shade of white, but also a velvety feel to it than the washed-out sections. Despite its delicacy, the decor is very robust and therefore not only suitable for private dining, but also for use in the catering trade.
